    Called and talked to an agent, asking if there was an office in Lexington, KY. The person didn't know, put me on hold, came back, said there's an office, then wanted to provide a phone number, which funny enough, was the very same I used to call her up with; I was put on hold again, asked to be patient and to wait until further phone number could be provided; I was waiting for minutes on end, but never again this agent got back to our conversation. Guess what, yesterday, Metlife insurance lost a potential new customer.
