- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My wife opened an account and was assured there would be no monthly fees. She was further assured that if there were any fees that she could call a number the representative provided to her and there would be no such fees; that they would take care of it. This did not happen and the bank refused to refund her account the wrongly withdrawn funds. My wife opened an account to get a $200 promotional credit to her account if a direct deposit posts in 90 days. Her employer neglected to set up the direct deposit in a timely manner and when my wife spoke with bank manager the manager was unwilling to work with her to keep her promotional credit; the entire reason she wanted an account at that bank. On top of all of this, every manager she dealt with was very rude. AVOID THIS BANK!By Robert Morrin, July 26, 2017
