- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆UPS always provides better service than the post office but I was surprised by the poor customer service I received yesterday morning. The young woman opening the store was rude, seemed put out and offered her opninion about some things that were frankly, none of her business. I suspect that she feels she is being efficient but I suspect she probably needs some serious customer service training. I always use the Chevy Chase location but I think I might drive the extra half mile and use a store that seems as though they appreciate their customers.By Rachael Brooks, July 31, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They charge $1 for tape. Its just another way to nickel-and-dime people this is ridiculous and a waste of time. I'll be more than happy to take my business to another UPS location that is not going to charge me for every little thing.By Karrie de Torres, April 09, 2017
