- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This bank has the worst customer service! I tried to close an account here and they made it almost impossible. I paid the balance off on the credit card account and it should've been over with right? Well not to them. 30 days later I got an email stated that there were still several charges that I hadn't paid off. And that was an absolute lie! I had to battle with them until I finally proved to them that I had already paid it off. The person who I originally talked to said I had to pay it all off in cash in the office. But I had already paid it off with my checking account. I called his boss and explained the situation and the branch manager said that the account was already closed and no more payments needed to be made. This isn't the first time issues have occurred with my money at that bank.By Olivia Raley, March 11, 2017
